We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the artwork within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus any shipping or handling fees. Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any associated fees.
Once we receive the returned artwork and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that commissioned or personalized artwork cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect or error on our part.
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping or handling fees.
